Hi, I'm Alexandra.
I'm a Product Manager based in Ljubljana. I take products from idea to launch: I talk to users, shape the roadmap, prototype with AI tools, and work closely with engineers until it ships.
I started in project delivery at an AgriTech startup in London, rolling out computer-vision systems on live farms. Since then I've worked on EU-funded platforms and AI products for the circular economy, and more recently a social listening tool and an AI teammate. What I enjoy most is taking a messy problem and turning it into something clear that people actually use.
I'm AI native: I use AI tools every day to research, prototype and write specs, which makes my work smoother and faster. I grew up in Ecuador, studied in London and moved to Ljubljana in 2023.

BAGEL EMBASSY
Co-Founder & Operations Lead · Ljubljana · since Oct 2025
Three friends, all back from the UK, all missing proper bagels. So we opened our own in Ljubljana. It started as a passion project and is now growing into Central Europe.
My side is operations: suppliers, purchasing and inventory. I built the systems that keep the shop stocked so we never run out.
